Cancellations, No Shows & Late Arrivals
As last minute changes can upset my schedule and inconvenience other clients who have not been able to book in, you will be charged in full for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment.
If you fail to show you will be charged in full for your appointment.
If you arrive late you may be charged for the time you have missed.
It is understandable that sometimes cancellations cannot be helped due to illness or emergencies and I will take all valid circumstances into account.
