During your coaching sessions we utilise Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Mindfulness techniques to provide guidance, encouragement, help you discover your skills, explore your creativity, and help you put a plan in place to achieve your goals.
One to one coaching is available over Skype, telephone, face to face, or in the workplace or sports environment.

NLP encompasses a variety of techniques which aim to change your thinking patterns. It can help you overcome obstacles, utilise your strengths and develop your language skills for clear and effective communication.
NLP was developed with flexibility in mind and provides the tools for coaching almost any subject. My experience and strengths are within careers and sports, focussing on performance coaching, skills coaching and career coaching.
My corporate background, experiences of changing career, and working with clients in my workplace wellbeing programmes has naturally lead me to coaching clients wanting to progress their career or considering a change.
By learning mindfulness skills, we can also build our resilience, confidence, creativity, clarity, and focus.
During my 15 years of delivering Remedial Massage, I have built a keen interest in getting people active and assisting the development of those serious about their sport. I have worked with clients through their ups and downs on their journey to achieve their sporting goals and assisted those dealing with and recovering from injury. I now look forward to using my coaching skills more within sport and active living.
