Our small group course is relaxed, informal and enjoyable. We have a down to earth, non-religious approach, encouraging you to discover the ways of mindfulness that best work for you and your lifestyle.
We try out various meditation techniques, discuss how to plan day to day practice, and explore our thought and emotional patterns to improve positivity. All with full support from Ruth.
