Mindfulness Skills for Building Resilience & Managing a Busy Life

Through regular practice Mindfulness can build our resilience. It can improve communication, decision making, widen our awareness and declutter our minds. It helps us to accept thoughts and feelings without making judgement or over analysing, and at the same time reducing procrastination, anxiety and stress.
Our small group course is relaxed and informal. We have a down to earth, non-religious approach, encouraging you to discover the ways of mindfulness that best work for you and your lifestyle.
During the course we will explore various meditation techniques, discuss ways to plan some practice into your week, cover the theory behind it, and look at thought patterns to improve positivity, communication and build resilience.
